Sagewind Development Hosts Second Annual Real Estate Summit

Sagewind Development, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures, hosted its second annual Real Estate Summit for the Forest County Potawatomi Community on March 20, 2025. The event featured key leaders including Kip Ritchie, Chief Executive Officer of Potawatomi Ventures; Paul Hoesly, Chief Financial Officer of Potawatomi Ventures; Jeff Johnson, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Group of Potawatomi Ventures; and Robert Gamperl, Vice President of Sagewind Development.

The summit consisted of two sessions that provided an in-depth look at Sagewind’s real estate development strategies. The sessions focused on understanding the fundamentals of real estate and the strategic vision driving the company’s business model. Leadership highlighted Sagewind’s thoughtful approach to development, the complexities of deal flow, current projects, and the essential steps in land transfer processes, all highlighting Sagewind’s commitment to transparency.
