HEATHER BATCHELOR serves as the VP of Human Resources at Potawatomi Ventures. She creates and executes HR strategies and policies that support our mission and organizational long-term goals. Heather manages all aspects of human resources, such as, performance management, recruitment, compliance, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. Heather has expertise in organizational structure, leadership coaching, recruitment, employment law, diversity and inclusion, employee growth & development, and leadership. 

Heather has held leadership roles in human resources at different companies, such as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Laughlin Constable, and Vice President Human Resources at GMR Marketing. She also serves as an advocate for the Waukesha Women's Center when needed. 

Heather is a graduate from University of Wisconsin—Parkside with a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice.
