CRYSTAL DESCHINNY is an enrolled FCP tribal member. She has had a 30+ year career in finance, investment portfolio management, policy, accounting, and economic development within the public, private and tribal government sectors. She is currently the Tribal Treasurer at HoChunk Nation. Crystal has served on the FCP Investment Committee, Tax Commission, and worked for FCP as the Finance and Investment Manager and Compliance and Process Improvement Director.

Crystal has bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University, a master’s degree in Native American studies and an MBA from the University of Arizona, and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
